Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities.
By registering an account on the okplus platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old, that all information you have submitted is accurate, and that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okplus login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised them.

All deposits to your okplus Player Wallet are made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). okplus does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, etc.) must match the name on your registered okplus Account.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your Player Wallet within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfers via InstaPay are credited within 5 to 30 minutes. Over-the-counter payments (e.g., 7-Eleven) are credited within one (1) hour of payment confirmation receipt.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are legally obtained and are your own. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Player Wallet balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are paid in Philippine Pesos to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, unless an exception has been approved in writing by okplus compliance.
Withdrawals are subject to a KYC verification process. okplus may request identity documents (government-issued ID), proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered name), and source-of-funds documentation before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your Player Wallet.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okplus platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the okplus platform without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okplus and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the okplus platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of winnings resulting from technical failure, interruption of service, or unauthorised access to your account.
In no event shall okplus's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with a single incident exceed the total value of the Player's PHP Wallet balance at the time the relevant incident occurred. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by okplus's proven wilful misconduct.
okplus collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules and regulations. By creating an okplus Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you withdraw this consent, you may not be able to use the okplus platform, as processing of your data is necessary for the provision of our services and for compliance with our PAGCOR and AMLC obligations.
okplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR instruction, Philippine law, or security necessity.
Your continued use of the okplus platform after any amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okplus platform.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute with okplus through our internal dispute resolution process.
